Hollie Mae
Hollie Mae started her dance training at the age of 3. She understood at a early age that choreography came naturally and dance was a perfect way to express herself. She grew up performing and competing all over the country with many styles of dance, joined a dance company in New Mexico, and later finished her Dance degree at the University of Arizona. She has professionally danced for 8 years and is now primarily focusing on choreography.
"Growing up with the Performing Arts has been a very positive experience for me, Dance is what made me who I am today, and I want others to benefit the same." Hollie Mae is thrilled to choreograph for Koficore and get people moving.

Lindsey Anderson
Lindsey has always had a passion towards fitness and health. Yet it wasn’t until college when she took her first group fitness class, that she instantly decided teaching was something she had to do. As an ACE certified group fitness instructor, Lindsey has taught a variety of classes including: kickboxing, step, bootcamp, stability ball conditioning, and total body conditioning.
Lindsey loves learning new and innovative functional exercises, which continually challenges her own fitness level and forces it to adapt and react differently. She truly enjoys sharing this passion with other people, and loves to see them become enthusiastic about fitness and well-being. The biggest reward for her is to see others not only challenge themselves, but also strive towards living a healthier lifestyle and ultimately feel good about what they have accomplished.

Jackie Rodgers
While she utilizes supplements and herbs to assist with imbalances, she believes the best way to take in nutrients is how Mother Nature intended - through the foods we eat. She focuses on Traditional Healing Foods (avoiding modern food processing) as much as possible because organic whole foods, unprocessed dairy, traditional fermented foods, and other nutrient-dense foods are ideal ways to build nutrient reserves and support healing. Holistic nutrition addresses the whole person; including lifestyle, mind, body, spirit/energy, as well as how our food supply affects environment, animals, and the foods we eat.
She was first introduced to organic food and alternative medicine in the small town of Carroll, Iowa. She was very involved with establishing a local food cooperative there by volunteering as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, Member Services Director, Editor and Creator of their monthly newsletter, Healthy Happenings.
Jackie has an innate passion for health and wellness. She has a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa and is currently working towards Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition. She loves learning new information and her ultimate life goal is to help people reach optimal wellness.

Looking for something new she began her journey into yoga 4 years ago. She has been amazed by the way yoga has transformed her life and spirit, rekindling a spiritual awareness. Rhiannon looks forward to continuing her adventure and taking her practice and teaching to new levels. She invites all that attend her classes to discover what yoga is for them.
She was also invited to appear in the Kofi to the Core video series. Rhiannon has studied with Anna Forest and is eager to study with others.
