Lindsey Anderson

Lindsey has always had a passion towards fitness and health. Yet it wasn't until college when she took her first group fitness class, that she instantly decided teaching was something she had to do. As an ACE certified group fitness instructor, Lindsey has taught a variety of classes including: kickboxing, step, bootcamp, stability ball conditioning, and total body conditioning.

Lindsey loves learning new and innovative functional exercises, which continually challenges her own fitness level and forces it to adapt and react differently. She truly enjoys sharing this passion with other people, and loves to see them become enthusiastic about fitness and well-being. The biggest reward for her is to see others not only challenge themselves, but also strive towards living a healthier lifestyle and ultimately feel good about what they have accomplished.

Robert Roman

Robert's interest in Asian medicine was sparked when he began martial arts training at age seventeen. This spark drove him to compose his thesis on ancient Chinese concepts of health at Carleton College, and later to his study of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Minnesota College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine where he received his Master of Acupuncture degree.

Robert is interested in further exploring the relationship of Acupuncture and TCM to sports medicine; how it can be used not only in the treatment of injuries but also in their prevention.
